Tab2LaTeX:
Tab2LaTeX is a small console program for converting tab-delimited files into Latex-tables.
For instance use the following console command (for more information invoke Tab2LaTeX without commands):
Tab2LaTeX -i C:\Important\NiceGirls_PhoneNumbers.td
SSR-Cluster:
SSR-Cluster is a small console program for aggregating overlapping SSR-Couples. SSR-Cluster closely interacts with SciRoKo. It allows importing of the SciRoKo SSR-Couple files (*.ssrCou) and exporting of a subset of this SSR-Couples or extracting microsatellites meeting certain criteria, which in turn can be again analysed with SciRoKo.
For instance use the following console command (for more information invoke SSR-Cluster without commands):
SSR_Cluster -c 2 -stat -i HSapiens.ssrCou -o HSapiens_statistic.txt
