With this option you can convert lowercase coded nucleotide sequences into uppercase coded sequences.
01.. Convert your sequences into uppercase sequences.
This is an important prerequisite for an analysis with PanGEA-BlastN. e.g.: aaTTcc -> AATTCC;
Characters which are already uppercase will not be altered.
Choose to 'Convert Lowercase sequences to Uppercase' radio button and press the 'Proceed' button.
Choose the input and output files. The input files must be fasta or multiple-fasta files. Press the 'Proceed' button.
Investigate the report and press the 'New task' button.
